 | Brett Davis International Director. Brett pioneered the Christian Surfers movement in Australia as their first National Director in 1983, then pioneered the international movement since 1999. As an unchurched surfer he was reached by a fellow surfer and wants other surfers to have the same opportunity. He brings a lifetime of experience and contacts and is forever networking with CS and other agencies worldwide. He is still surfing, diving and adventuring, and has a secret outlet in woodturning and gardening. He believes his far greater achievement is his wife Gillian persisting with him for over 20 years. Phil has been the founding UK Director since 1999 and is full time with CSUK. Passionate, energetic, fun loving with his local surf break 25km inland at the Severn Bore! Phil was formerly a leading manager in Exel Logistics and applies his skills in networking and leadership throughout UK and beyond. | Sergio Busatto South America Regional Coordinator and Brazil Director. Sergio is one of the most level-headed Latinos you can meet, balancing the passion and fiery nature of his countrymen. He has been a pastor for many years and loves to connect surfers to the local church. Together with wife Kika and sons Philipe and Marcos he lives in the busy city of Sao Paulo. | Cal Fisher North America Regional Coordinator. Our ’silver surfer’, Cal is a grommet in a grown up body. Cal has pioneered a local Daytona Beach chapter and has a passion for surfers, Latin America and leadership. He has been a lifeguard and in business, but always on the beach. Cal and Coral’s daughter Carol is married to Roger, and subsequently they have 3 grandchildren. Currently Cal is in full-time ministry with CSI. Email Cal | 
| Roy Harley Africa Regional Coordinator and South Africa Director. Roy is multi-talented at home with a guitar, kiteboard, camera or surfboard. He is the pioneering national director of Son Surf (South African name for CS) and has been in full-time ministry for over 10 years. He has also been a missions pastor and web designer. Roy is married to Sharon with daughter Cailyn and son Nathan. He is currently seeking to transition to a role with more international focus. Email Roy | 
| Richo Australasia Regional Coordinator. Saved through the CS open house ministry in Cronulla in the early 80's, Richo served as a volunteer leader in the Cronulla CS ministry for approximately 7 years. He completed pioneering SFMI DTS in 1996 before serving full-time with YWAM for around 6 years where he staffed 2 DTS schools, led 2 schools, served on the leadership team, etc. He has been operating on staff with CSA in the role of Cross Cultural Teams Coordinator since 2005. | Gordon Webb Pacific Regional Coordinator. Gordy Webb is married to Jean and together they have two children, Ange and Stephen. Saved through a fellow surfer in 1980, Gordy has never been the same since. Along with some surfing mates, he went on to pioneer a local CS group as well as a boardriders in Cambridge, an hour inland from both costs of New Zealand. Gordy and Jean have taken part in three mission trips to Fiji and have a God-given passion for the Pacific people. He has both his surf coaching and judging certificates and hopes to help any learners he encounters. His desire is to see as many surfers as possible get to know Jesus and loves getting into the waves whenever the opportunity arises. Email Gordy |
