Kitesurfing: Love kitesurfing or want to try it? Lanzarote is good all year round becoming more consistent in summer. Conditions are seen as very good because of the warm year round weather and sea temperature, the waves, dependable wind and amazing landscape

Cycling: Fancy a bit of mountain biking or road cycling? Lanzarote is an ideal place for cross country mountain biking. Tracks and goat paths let you cycle through the bizarre landscape of lava and craters. There are also excellent conditions for road cycling with smooth tarmac roads and low traffic density

Hiking: Lanzarote offers excellent terrain for walking and trekking. The huge range of trails offer unique and stunning scenery. Oasis Surf House is the perfect base for day hikes across the island

Wine tasting: The volcanic eruptions that began in 1730 lasted for seven years and left 1/4 of the island covered in lava and sand.

The locals of the island found an ingenious way to cultivate vines by digging funnel shaped hollows up to 4ft deep into the thick layers of the volcanic ashes and planting one vine per hollow. Small semi-circular walls are built around them to protect the grapes from winds and drying out, resulting in the most striking and unusual vineyards.

A recommended place to visit is the El Grifo Wine Museum in the centre of the island. It was built in 1775, making it the oldest bodega in the Canary Islands and one of the ten oldest in Spain.

Art and Garden: visit the former home of Cesar Manrique in Haria, and then drive to Gautiza and take a stroll around the popular Cactus Garden, designed by this famed Spanish artist.

Who: This is tailored for global friends of CS who want to share together their life experiences, along with great surfing and cultural experiences.
