Hola, soy Eduardo Serrano, de Quepos, Costa Rica, donde crecí entre calles de piedra y el mar, actualmente vivo en el gran área metropolitana.
Me motiva que cada surfista, joven y comunidad tengan la oportunidad de conocer sobre las buenas nuevas del evangelio, que conozcan a Jesus y lo sigan Me apasiona organizar torneos de bodyboard nacionales, campamentos y actividades para niños. Deseo seguir creciendo en mi fe, como dice la Biblia en Efesios 4:13, y contar las buenas noticias en las playas.
He participado en varios eventos desde campamentos, clases de surf para niños,adm de redes sociales, traslados para jóvenes, limpiezas de playa, como punto de contacto entre diferentes organizaciones y el ministerio. Siempre estoy disponible para lo que se necesite.
Ahora formó parte del capítulo en San José (capital) y colaboró en Quepos cuando ellos lo requerían. Continúo visitando mi comunidad al menos dos veces al mes y creando conexiones intencionales con más surfers tanto en San José como en Quepos.
Sería una gran oportunidad ir a Brasil para conocer a otros surfistas cristianos de América, compartir experiencias y aprender ideas nuevas. Esto me ayudaría a traer herramientas y motivación para seguir trabajando aquí en Costa Rica, conectándome con más gente en nuestra comunidad y compartiendo el evangelio.
Busco ayuda para cubrir el costo de la conferencia y el boleto de ida desde Costa Rica a Brasil. Con esto, podré fortalecer el trabajo de Christian Surfers en nuestro país.

Hello, I am Eduardo Serrano, from Quepos, Costa Rica, where I grew up between stone streets and the ocean. I currently live in the Greater Metropolitan Area.
I am motivated by seeing every surfer, young person, and community have the opportunity to hear the good news of the gospel, come to know Jesus, and follow Him. I am passionate about organizing national bodyboarding tournaments, camps, and activities for children. I desire to continue growing in my faith, as the Bible says in Ephesians 4:13, and to share the good news on the beaches.
I have participated in a variety of events, including camps, surf lessons for children, social media management, transportation for young people, beach cleanups, and serving as a point of connection between different organizations and the ministry. I am always available wherever I am needed.
I am currently part of the San José chapter (the capital city) and also collaborate with the Quepos chapter whenever they need support. I continue visiting my community at least twice a month and intentionally building relationships with more surfers in both San José and Quepos.
It would be a great opportunity to travel to Brazil to meet other Christian surfers from across the Americas, share experiences, and learn new ideas. This would help me bring back tools and motivation to continue serving here in Costa Rica, connecting with more people in our community and sharing the gospel.
I am seeking support to help cover the cost of the conference and my one-way flight from Costa Rica to Brazil. Through this opportunity, I will be able to strengthen the work of Christian Surfers in our country.
