CS INTERNATIONAL OFFICE / PROJECTS
We are growing our team and have lots of potential opportunities to get involved…
As CS is a faith-based mission, our international staff team and most national offices serve in their roles through personally raised financial support or on a voluntary basis, rather than receiving centrally funded salaries. CS provides training, coaching and practical tools to help, but please be aware these roles are ideal for people who want to invest their professional skills, experience and time into the mission of Christian Surfers on a support fundraised basis or by giving their time voluntarily.
We are particularly focused on the area of ‘Communications, Media & Digital’ needs at the moment…
As Christian Surfers International looks towards Vision 2030, we are building a new global Communications, Media & Digital team to strengthen how we communicate, tell stories, engage people and grow our reach across the movement.
We are looking for people who can bring strategy, creativity, communications, digital expertise and practical delivery to help connect and inspire the Christian Surfers family while reaching new people through our digital platforms, campaigns and resources.
We are developing a range of roles, from senior strategic leadership and coordination through to content creation and specialist creative skills. These may also connect with key CSI initiatives including the Surfers Bible, Groundswell Aid and Surfathon.
We are intentionally keeping the structure flexible. We want to find the right people and combination of skills, and then shape a strong team around them. Opportunities may therefore be part-time, full-time, voluntary, support-raised, freelance or project-based depending on the role and individual.
If you have significant experience to offer — or a specialist skill that could strengthen this space — we'd love to hear from you. Check out the roles and details below…
