Christian Surfers International is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support to help grow the global movement. This flexible remote role works closely with the Operations Manager from the International office to help with the smooth functioning of CSI’s supporting nations and mission minded activities.

This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and initiative. From supporting the leadership team through internal communications and assisting with coordinating projects, day to day admin support and workflows the role will require adaptability. Reporting and working with our data bases will be part of the role and experience with HR would be advantageous.

The ideal person will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a heart aligned with the mission of Christian Surfers. It’s an opportunity to serve behind the scenes while contributing meaningfully to a global movement.

Christian Surfers International is seeking an organised and collaborative person to lead the planning and execution of our global gatherings and provide support to the three strategic areas of CS; EMEA, APAC & the AMERICAS for their events/gatherings. Plus other smaller events and meetings that support the work of the CS International leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the full event lifecycle working with key leaders and teams - from clarifying vision, budget, and theme with leadership, to coordinating logistics such as travel, accommodation, schedules, speakers, and vendors. The Event Coordinator will ensure events are cohesive, well-communicated, and aligned with the mission and culture of Christian Surfers.

This position requires attention to detail, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables with confidence. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the global leadership team, media and comms teams, and event contributors to promote gatherings, manage registrations and databases and oversee post-event follow-up. The Surfers Bible is one of Christian Surfers International's most significant global outreach initiatives. With more than 100,000 copies distributed across multiple languages and growing digital engagement opportunities, we are exploring the appointment of a Communications & Digital Media Coordinator for the Surfers Bible team to help steward and grow the project into the future.

This role would provide support, development and management across the Surfers Bible communications strategy, digital marketing, content development, storytelling, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement. The person would help align messaging, strengthen partnerships, support language translation and expansion, and increase engagement with surfers around the world.

A key component of this role includes helping lead communications and promotion for the ‘Surfathon’, CSI's unique international fundraising initiative that unites surfers and nations around a shared mission and goal.
