I have been part of Christian Surfers Peru since 2018 and have served on the CS Lima leadership team since 2024, with a vision to help build a more sustainable and impactful ministry model. Professionally, I work as a Project Manager while also dedicating a significant amount of my time to the daily operations of CS Peru. My responsibilities include organizing monthly gatherings, managing finances, developing merchandising, and coordinating local outreach efforts. Recently, I co-led a mission trip to northern Peru in partnership with CS USA.

I also serve on the Christian Surfers Americas Equipping Project team, contributing to leadership development processes and ministry standards that strengthen Christian Surfers globally.

My journey with Christian Surfers Peru began when a brother from CS Virginia Beach encouraged me to reconnect with a local chapter while living in Lima. What started as a simple act of obedience quickly became a source of deep community, strong friendships, and a space where my faith and love for surfing could come together authentically.

Through Christian Surfers, my faith has grown from something more private into an active and visible expression. I have learned to share the gospel in the lineup, give my testimony, teach apologetics, and pray publicly—experiences that have challenged me and deepened my dependence on God. Every mission opportunity, while physically demanding, leaves me spiritually renewed as I witness firsthand how God is moving within the surfing community.

As a regular-footed surfer, I enjoy retro surfboards and longboards, embracing a smooth and classic style in the water. Whether it’s my 5'8" mini simmons, 7' single fin, or 9'9" noserider, I often choose boards that are uncommon for Peru’s waves—much like my faith, where I seek to walk the narrow path and live differently from the current culture.

I am seeking support to attend the Christian Surfers Americas Gathering 2026, themed “Returning to the Essence.” This gathering brings together leaders and members from across the continent for training, collaboration, and vision-building.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is approximately $1,300 USD, which includes flights, conference registration and accommodation, transportation, insurance, and other travel-related expenses.

My participation will contribute to both my personal and spiritual growth while equipping me with practical tools, strategic insight, and meaningful relationships that will directly strengthen the development of Christian Surfers Peru.

Following this opportunity, the CS Peru team and I aim to expand our impact along Peru’s northern coast by launching new chapters, developing and equipping new leaders, strengthening ministry structures for long-term sustainability, and building partnerships with sponsors and strategic supporters. Our goal is to use surfing as a platform to share the message of Jesus and disciple the next generation.
