Pray for your global tribe in April

NEW ZEALAND

CS NZ is experiencing an amazing phase of growth! We’re a family of all ages on mission and have seen God working in the lives and hearts of surfers. This year will be our second year running the CSALT Academy for anyone wanting to explore NZ’s best surf breaks, their faith and how to live life to the full with God. Pray that God raises up new leaders of all ages with a heart to reach their local surfers for Jesus.

JAPAN

Currently, CS Japan does not have a national director, but an executive committee that makes important decisions. Pray that God uses this new structure and that His wisdom will be poured out on each member of the committee. Pray that through our small group meetings and surfing clinic, the Gospel will be shared. Pray that each member will be spiritually strengthened and we will be united by God.

THAILAND

We haven’t been able to meet face to face during the pandemic but God has blessed us with the opportunity to set up new businesses as mission projects, including surf and coffee shops that have created new ways to minister to surfers. Please pray for the Thai people who remain jobless and fearful around the pandemic. Pray that God leads us in ministering to people with resulting mental health issues.

TAIWAN

The main Taiwanese religion has many gods that people worship – and they see Jesus as like any other god. People are open to hearing about Jesus but to follow Him as the one true God is a hindrance for many. But we’re starting to see some surfers experience the love of God unlike the other gods and some are turning to Jesus as Lord and Saviour! Pray that more surfers will experience God’s love to see that He is the one and only true God.
