Eric Arakawa

Each winter, when the world's best surfers visit the North Shore of Oahu, they send hundreds of orders for custom surfboards to one shaper: Eric Arakawa. Arakawa is well known for making arguably the highest quality boards for charging big waves on the North Shore, and it turns out, he's motivated by something much larger than himself.
