Pray for your global tribe in December

SOUTH BEACH STOKE South Beach Stoke seeks to make a difference in the lives of the street kids and the lost in Durban, South Africa. They use surfing as a tool to connect, meeting with 50 youth every week. It is South Beach Stoke’s goal to walk alongside these young people until they are successful and independent. Pray that the children they minister to will be open to God’s love and will flourish with a new sense of security and confidence.

PURA VIDA Pura Vida’s goal is to use sports to minister to locals and create a sense of community. Within the facility, there are a number of different programs that include a coffee shop/restaurant, an indoor pool, a gym, and several multipurpose rooms used by different groups throughout the week. They have built a membership model similar to fitness clubs but with a much broader impact. Pray that God will work through them to transform the community!

MERCY HUTS Mercy Huts exists to benefit local people living in poverty in Indonesia through the provision of education, employment and financial aid. This will be achieved through the development of beachfront retreats. Mercy Huts is connected to the community by its own model of equipping with skills in hospitality and tourism. The follow-up projects planned in outlying communities come as the retreat grows and they give back to the local community of Rote Island, Indonesia. Pray that these projects will come to fruition and make a profound impact in people’s lives.
